• You have 7 days to return your shoes after purchase to exchange for a new pair.

• Please note that "Items purchased on a discounted price will have to be sent for exchange by the customer on their own expense. Also items purchased on a discount cannot be returned, only exchanged.
• All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
• Please save your shoe dust bags and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
• Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.
• We do not provide refund of cash, but dont worry, your money is safe with us. You can use it the next time you purchase anything from our site.
