Our employees strive to make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a shoe works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return shoes after the sale, please observe these guidelines:
- You have 7 days to return your shoes after purchase to exchange for a new pair.
- Either send us an email or contact us so that we can arrange for a reverse pickup.
- All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
- Please save your shoe dust bags and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
- Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.
- We do not provide refund of cash, but dont worry, your money is safe with us. You can use it the next time you purchase anything from our site.
